Telecom Niue Service Update – Website Back Online

Telecom Niue is pleased to advise that our website is now back online and available for customers to access.
We are currently working to resolve an issue affecting the delivery of power tokens via email.
In the meantime, customers can still receive their power token by:
- SMS, where available; or
- Calling 015 for assistance with retrieving their token.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to restore the email service.
Customer Notice - Telecom Niue Website Unavailable (click the tab to find out more)

Telecom Niue wishes to advise our valued customers that, due to the ongoing use of our backup internet connection following the issue occurred earlier today, our website will remain temporarily unavailable until our engineers have resolved the issue.
Please note that the Telecom Niue App and Web Self-Care Portal remain fully operational, and customers can continue to access their accounts and manage their services through these platforms.
Our engineers are continuing to work on restoring full services, and we will provide updates as progress is made.

Urgent Outage Notification - Telecom Network

Telecom Niue wishes to advise all customers that earlier today we experienced a disruption to our fibre internet services at around 1430hrs. The fault has been identified as being outside of Niue, with the issue located in Samoa.
To minimize the impact on our customers, we have successfully restored internet connectivity by switching services to our backup connection. At this stage, services have been restored; however customers may experience reduced speeds or intermittent performance as the backup connection does not provide the same level of capacity as our primary link.
Our technical team is working closely with out upstream partners to monitor the situation and restore full service as soon as the primary connection becomes available.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
